City of Chichen-Itza

Chichen-Itza, located on the Yucatan peninsula, was one of the greatest Mayan sites. Over 1000 years, many different people and civilations have left their marks on this sacred site. Mayan construction principles were combined with new ideas and methods from the people of central Mexico. Many buildings, or monuments, have survived the test of time. Examples of these are the Warriors’ Temple, El Castillo and the circular observatory known as El Caracol.

The Monumentos candle pays tribute in remembering these monuments, with its gray color and earthy fragrance.
